Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no credit card requirement. You get quoting, CRM, storage management, and online payments - with a 5% application fee on payments processed. There is no expiry date.

When a customer pays you through the Move and Store platform, we take a small percentage on top of Stripe's standard processing fees. The rate is 5% on Free, 2% on Pro, and 0.5% on Scale. This is how we keep the Free plan free: no subscription, no time limit.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. If you downgrade, you keep the current plan until the end of your billing period.

Yes - to accept online payments from your customers, you connect a Stripe account during setup. This takes about five minutes. If you only use Move and Store for quoting and CRM, and not payments, you can skip this step.

We support CSV imports for customers and jobs. If you are migrating from another platform and need help formatting your data, contact us at misha@moveandstore.app and we will assist.

Yes. Data is stored in Supabase on EU-hosted infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You do. Your customer records, quotes, and job data belong entirely to your business. If you cancel, you can export all your data within 90 days. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted from our servers.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on any modern browser - phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no app to download.

The Free plan gives you access to all core features. When you are ready to upgrade, start with Pro or Scale - both are billed monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel after your first month if it is not right for you.

The Website Launch Bundle pairs Move and Store Scale annual (£790/year) with a professionally built marketing website. The £499 build fee is waived on the bundle, and bundle hosting is £15/month instead of the standard £20/month basic hosting. Managed ads are optional at £50/month on top, with ad spend billed directly by Google or Meta. It is the right route if you want the website, the software, and the traffic side handled together. Scale plan subscribers receive a one-to-one video call of 30 to 45 minutes with a member of our team. We help you configure your quote templates, set up your storage units, connect Stripe, and answer any questions so you are fully up and running from day one.

It is our managed ads service for removals and storage operators. The usual route is the Booked Jobs Package: £79/month all-in, which covers Move and Store Pro software (£29) plus the managed ads service (£50). One local area is included and additional areas are £25/month each. There is no upfront fee, no commitment, and monthly billing from day one. Ad spend sits on top and goes directly to Google or Meta. Yes, with an important difference. The website build (from £499) can be commissioned on any plan, including Free. Managed ads run through the Booked Jobs Package (£79/month including Pro software) or can be added separately to a Scale subscription. These are optional add-ons and are not required to use Move and Store.
