Do I need a website to run Google Ads or Meta ads?

It depends on the channel and campaign type. Local Service Ads do not require a website. Search ads and Performance Max usually need a destination page, while some Meta campaigns can use instant forms or a simple landing page. If I want storage leads, do you build the page as well?
